NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE
Nellis' good year-round flying weather and location make it ideal for advanced combat aviation training.
The base itself covers more than 14,000 acres, and its vast ranges provide 15,000 square miles of airspace
for flying operations. Because of its size and breadth of mission, the base is home to more squadrons than
any other base in the Air Force. Everyone at Nellis -- nearly 12,000 military and civilian personnel -- plays
a vital role in molding the world's best combat air forces.

The SILVER SLIPPER HOTEL AND GAMBLING HALL
In the 80s the Silver Slipper was used as the stage setting for the Late Show, hosted by Robin Timm.
I cannot find an image of Robin Timm to display for the fans.
The late night movies were most often advertised by "The Great Buffet" and "Boylesque"
advertisements. The Silver Slipper closed it's doors in 1988 and shortly after it was demolished to make
way for a newer casino.
